The best-selling formula features two of our favorite blemish-fighting ingredients Salicylic Acid and Sulfur, which team up to exfoliate dead skin, improve the look of breakouts and remove excess oil from the skin. To transform this bar in a jar into a lightweight airy lather, moisten the enclosed sponge and rub it around the bar to get it nice and foamy. Gently massage the pad on your face in circular motions. Who Should Use
If you have oily skin and are struggling with breakouts and uneven skin tone and want to improve your overall complexion, this cleansing bar was made just for you! If you have normal skin, we recommend the Even Tone Cleansing Bar and for combination skin, try the Combination Skin Cleansing Bar.

How It Looks/Smells/Feels
This transparent yellow-colored cleansing bar lathers beautifully on the skin, and has the relaxing smell of eucalyptus.

*Please note that any color changes in the bottom of the cleansing bar that may appear are normal due to exposure to light, water and air.

How to Use

Moisten enclosed sponge with warm water and rub across cleansing bar to create a creamy lather. Gently massage onto face using small circular motions, allowing the lather to remain on the face for one to two minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and gently pat skin dry. Eye sensitivity can occur, avoid directly cleansing the eye area.

Can be used to cleanse the skin both morning and night. Can also be used as a mask and left on for up to 3 minutes before rinsing off.

Is it normal for my skin to feel irritated, red or peel after using this product?
No. If you are experiencing irritation, redness or peeling, it could be caused by a few other things: you may be scrubbing too hard with the sponge, your skin is too sensitive for this cleanser, you are using this product with too many exfoliating products and/or not giving your skin enough hydration. We recommend that you try our gentler cleansing options, Even Tone Gentle Gel Cleanser or LacticGlow Micropolish Resurface & Brighten Cleanser.

How can I keep my sponges clean?
These reusable sponges can be washed with laundry in a washing machine. We recommend washing them along with towels and letting them air dry. It is also important to let the sponge air dry after each use and not leave them inside the cleansing jar. If you need replacements, we sell additional sponges here on our website.

Is there Sodium Hydroxide in your cleanser bars?
Sodium Hydroxide is commonly used in the soap making process to turn fats and oils into soap - a process called saponification. However, the amount of Sodium Hydroxide used in the soap manufacturing process is not the amount you end up with in the finished product. By the end of the soap making process, most of the sodium hydroxide has dissociated (broken up) and is no longer present in the final product. As a result, while we use Sodium Hydroxide as a raw ingredient in our manufacturing process, there is only a residual amount of Sodium Hydroxide present in our finished cleansing bars.

Hello! So far love the Clear Skin Cleansing Bar and The Rapid Repair Retinol. I’ve been using them separately and alternating them every other night. But my question is am I able to use them in the same routine? Will that cause me irritation mixing two different ingredients that can be irritating? how long does the purging last for? I bought this product I haven’t used it yet, does it mostly cause your skin to break out at first? I just want to know because i have prom in 2 weeks and i don’t want it to breakout first and having bad skin to prom: Please remember when using a clinically made product, the skin needs time to adjust. During this period, there is a chance your skin will bring up the impurities that were in your pores, allowing that debris to reach the surface. This causes the skin to go through a detoxing phase, where the skin may break out into tiny fine white or flesh-colored bumps. This detoxing process typically lasts between 2-4 weeks but can last up to 8 weeks, depending on how much the skin needs to detoxify.
