what can i expect?
Before your consultation, you will fill out a brief intake form to help our aestheticians understand your current skin regimen, lifestyle and skin goals. During your consultation, our aestheticians will further review your skin concerns and recommend the best Urban Skin Rx® products for your skin to perfect your glow! You will then receive a follow-up email with your recommended regimen and a few extra surprises on us!
who are the
All of our skincare specialists providing virtual consultations are aestheticians licensed to provide in-person esthetics in North Carolina. The aestheticians' formal training and professional backgrounds enable them to provide you with skincare information that is personalized for your unique needs. However, the information provided and discussed during the virtual consultation service is provided solely for your general information purposes and is not intended to provide medical or esthetic advice or treatment.
what if i do not need
a full regimen?
Our licensed aestheticians are here to help you with whatever skin concerns you may have! If you feel you already have a favorite product, your aesthetician will be happy to incorporate it into your recommended regimen with other Urban Skin Rx® products. We are here to help and guide you, not to oversell products.
can i contact my aesthetician
after my consultation?
Virtual Consultation includes one free email follow-up with your glowgiver 45 days after the consultation. You can contact also reach our Urban Skin Rx® licensed aestheticians and customer experience team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, live chat through our website and by phone at (980) 221-1200. Any other detailed questions than cannot be answered by Customer Experience Team or via the 45 day follow-up email with the glowgiver can be addressed by scheduling additional virtual consultation with a glowgiver (fee may apply).
what if i don't see
the desired results?
If you are not happy with any of your recommended products, please first contact our Customer Experience team at (980) 221-1200. One of our licensed aestheticians will be happy to help you find an alternative product that is better suited for your skin type and concerns. You can refer to our return policy for further information on how to return products. Our licensed aestheticians will also contact you via email 45 days after your consultation to check in with your progress and offer to discuss any additional questions or concerns you may have.
do you have any product
samples i can try?
We currently have travel sizes available for a variety of products. During your consultation, you can discuss with your licensed aesthetician which travel size products may be best to try before investing in a full-size product.
if i am 16 years old can i
register for a consultation?
Only adults age 18 or older are eligible to participate in a virtual consultation.
can i have a consultation
outside the united states?
Only adults located in the United States at the time of the consultation are eligible to participate.
