How I discovered the Urban Skin Rx Difference: My Testimonial
Let’s face it; as an African American woman, I have always been very limited in my choices of skin care. Skin care for black woman has just never been a priority it seems. Most people believe that it doesn’t need to be a priority but that is not true at all. Skin care for African Americans or other ethnic skin tones is so important! After experiencing skin issues first hand I learned that darker skin tones are very prone to hyperpigmentation and dark spots. Which makes sense because any time I have a breakout or get ingrown hairs I am always left with discoloration. Using soap and water or other basic brands was just not doing it for me anymore. I was not getting the results I needed.
One day I was introduced to Urban Skin Rx from a friend of mine who swore up and down that it was the best skin care line for black skin. I was pretty skeptical but decided to give it a try. I really had nothing to lose. After about 2 weeks of using these products, I was not disappointed! My hyperpigmentation was fading, my dark marks from ingrown hairs were fading and my complexion was looking brighter! I was honestly shocked but grateful that my friend convinced me to try something new.
For my uneven skin tone and dark spots, I use the Even Tone Cleansing Bar, the Even Tone Night Treatment, the Super C Brightening Serum and the Dermshield SPF Moisturizer. It’s hard to find a moisturizer, let alone a sunblock moisturizer for black skin that doesn’t leave me greasy or discolored. This sunblock moisturizer is amazing and goes on sheer. I also love how I can use the cleansing bar in the shower all over my body to help my dark spots in other areas. I am finally on my way to getting beautiful, even skin and can’t wait to try more products from this line. I am a forever loyal Urban Skin Rx customer!
