Super C Brightening Serum: This luxurious serum varies from light yellow to dark yellow/tan with a soft citrus scent.
HydraBalance Brightening Moisture Infusion: This luxurious opaque white cream melts into skin to absorb quickly and is fragrance-free.
Clear and Even Tone Body Cleansing Bar: This solid cleansing bar in a jar is a dark charcoal color and smells of eucalyptus. It comes with an exfoliating body sponge.

LacticGlow Micropolish Resurface & Brighten Cleanser: Moisten skin with warm water. Apply a dime-size amount of cleanser and massage gel to moist skin for 1 to 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and gently pat skin dry. Can be used once or twice daily.

Clear and Even Tone Body Cleansing Bar: In the shower, wet the bar and the sponge and massage onto skin to create a lather. You can allow the lather to remain on the skin for up to 3 minutes. Rinse with water and pat skin dry. Can be used once or twice per day. Not to be used on the face. Let sponge air dry on top of the lid or on a clean surface.

Super C Brightening Serum: After cleansing or toning apply 6-8 drops. Smooth over face and neck, avoiding eye area. Apply before other moisturizers and thicker serums. Can be used once or twice daily. Use in the morning for optimal results! 

HydraBalance Brightening Moisture Infusion: Apply a dime-sized amount to clean skin. Apply after cleansing or the application of a toner, treatment pad or any serums or gels. Can be used once to twice daily in the morning and/or evening.

Is this cleanser gel or cream based?
This is a gel-based cleanser containing exfoliating beads 

Can I use this cleanser with other cleansers?
Yes. It is perfectly fine to alternate this cleanser with others.

Can I use the body cleansing bar on my face?
No. We do not recommend using this product on the face. The skin on your body is more durable and resilient than the skin on your face. This cleansing bar has been specifically formulated with higher levels of acids to tackle stubborn body concerns.

Is there Sodium Hydroxide in our cleanser bars?
Sodium Hydroxide is commonly used in the soap making process to turn fats and oils into soap - a process called saponification. However, the amount of sodium hydroxide used in the soap manufacturing process is not the amount you end up with in the finished product. By the end of the soap making process, most of the sodium hydroxide has dissociated (broken up) and is no longer present in the final product. As a result, while we use Sodium Hydroxide as a raw ingredient in our manufacturing process, there is only a residual amount of Sodium Hydroxide present in our finished cleansing bars.

How can I keep my sponge clean?
This reusable sponge can be washed with laundry in a washing machine. We recommend washing it along with towels and letting it air dry. It is also important to let the sponge air dry after each use and not leave it inside the cleansing jar.

Do I need a vitamin C serum in my regimen?
Yes! Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that everyone should have in their skincare regimen! It brightens the appearance of skin tone and improves the appearance of dark marks, fine lines and sun damage.

Why does my bottle look half full?
The Super C Brightening Serum is a high-potency formula, and the bottle is designed with extra space inside to help maintain stability during shipping and daily use. The bottle will not be completely full when received, but rest assured, it contains 1.0 fl oz of serum, per the product description.

Is this product Hydroquinone-free?
Yes. Our Super C Brightening Serum offers a potent and soothing Hydroquinone-free formulation that includes Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Arbutin and Kojic Acid.

Do I use this in the morning or at night?
You can use our Super C Brightening Serum in the morning and/or night, however, we recommend for best results to use it in the morning.

Is it normal for this product to darken over time?
If you notice a change in color of this Vitamin C formula, don’t worry. Color changes can occur from exposure to light and air and will not affect the performance.

What is the difference between Super C Serum Brightening Serum and Even Tone Super Glow Serum?
Super C Brightening Serum is part of our Pro Strength™ collection and contains 20% L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) and is offered in a larger size. Even Tone Super Glow Serum contains 10% L-Ascorbic Acid and is sold in a smaller size. Both products are effective for improving the appearance of uneven skin tone.

Why is this serum a different color than my previous bottle?
Due to the high levels of antioxidants this formula can range in color from batch to batch. We chose not to hide these variations with artificial colors because the appearance of the serum has no impact on the effectiveness of the formula.

How long before I notice a difference in my skin?
Everyone’s skin is different, so results can vary. It is typical to see results anywhere between 6-8 weeks; however, some people experience results faster.

The product is in a new package. Has the formula changed?
The formula is the same with one additional ingredient: Oligopeptide-68, a peptide that reveals a brighter, more even-looking complexion. Peptides also work to visibly improve the appearance of aging skin.

Will this moisturizer cause breakouts?
No. It’s lightweight, oil-free and noncomedogenic.

Is this moisturizer good for sensitive skin?
Yes, this moisturizer is great for all skin types!

Can I mix this moisturizer with other products?
Yes. When using this moisturizer in the daytime, follow with an SPF like SheerGlow™ Even Tone Daily Defense Mineral Moisturizer SPF 30 for extra hydration and that all-important sun protection.

Are your products tested on animals?
