Return Policy

We want every glowgetter™ to have a great experience with our products!

Should you decide you would like to return a product purchased directly from our website, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please note that travel size products, travel kits, mini kits, subscriptions, and holiday or limited edition products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

NOTE:  The return window begins on the date you received your Urban Skin Rx® order according to carrier tracking information.

How to return:

You will need to request a return authorization by contacting Customer Support at support@urbanskinrx.com or +1 844-257-5336. Customer Support can provide you with a USPS return shipping label for $5.99, or you can opt to purchase one directly from the carrier of your choice.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days to process. Urban Skin Rx® is not responsible for return postage, cost of insurance, or lost or undeliverable items. For any questions or concerns please contact us.

If you are an international shopper, please reach out to our support team directly for further instructions. Please note that because duties and taxes are collected by the governing country we cannot provide a refund on those expenses. 

Did you purchase from one of our retail partners?

Any purchases made through an authorized partner should be processed per that partner’s return policy.
