It’s easy to add Brightening & pH Balancing Witch Hazel Toner into your existing skincare regimen! After cleansing, apply to a cotton pad and wipe over your face and neck area. Do not rinse. Then apply your treatment pads, serums and daytime or evening moisturizers. You can use this product twice a day - in the morning and at night.

Who Should Use

How It Looks/Smells/Feels
This clear liquid has a subtle Witch Hazel scent.

After cleansing, apply toner to a cotton pad and wipe over face and neck area. Do not rinse. Follow with recommended Urban Skin Rx® treatment serums and daytime or evening moisturizers. Can be used twice a day.

Sunburn Alert: This product contains an Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) that may increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
