Very Affective but never available
"This product does wonders. I have been a dedicated customer of the urban skin rx line for years. It really is disappointing that a lot of the products that I use seem to be out of stock for months or are no longer available. This Super C skin brightening serum and the Vitamin C & E moisturizer are very popular and both have been unavailable for at least 3 months now. The company needs to make a better effort at keeping their very popular products available. Especially since it is usually hard for people to find the right products to work for their skin. At the least post an update on when a restock will be expected or if there is an extend period where products won’t be available inform your customers."

"I’ve been using this for years. It’s unacceptable for an item that I’m supposed to put on my face came soiled and leaking. More over, it’s clear that they were aware of its condition when packaging due to placing items in a bag to preserve the other items. This doesn’t meet the exceptional standard you have set in the past. Being I placed a kit order for myself and my sister with both serums arrived in extremely poor condition while everything else in the box was in great condition including the box itself. I reached out about both orders and they only responded to one (#979709R) while totally ignoring the other (979711R)."

"I just received my bottle of super c serum today and held it up to the light and it’s only half full! I paid $60 for this bottle. Why did not I not receive $60 worth of product? I’ve heard good things about the product but I feel deceived as well because of the amount received."
Q&A
- I would like to purchase your Super C Serum and The Even Tone Super Glow BUT so/too many customers have complaints about poor packaging. Bottles half filled with product, Product spilled on packaging, Oxidized product. I am not confident I will get product in good condition.
- Regretfully we can experience some issues with packaging as these particular products are formulated with high level of active ingredients that can cause leaking. This is why our Super C Brightening Serum for example, is packaged in a bottle that holds double the amount of product to accomodate for this as well as the dropper. The bottle may appear half full but we assure you that the stated amount of ounces listed on the packaging are included unless there is evidence of leakage when it arrives. We hope this doesn't deter you from experiencing this amazing product as the formula is top-tier when it comes to discoloration and aging well! If you decide to purchase and your product arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Experience team right away so that we can issue a replacement at no additional charge to you.

- My skin is super oily especially on my forehead. I need to know if the Super C serum will cause my skin to be even more oily? I currently use the clean cleansing bar for oily skin, the moisturizer and the acne-blemish control mask 2-3x per week.
- The Super C Brightening Serum is a water based vitamin c serum. It is not known for causing oily skin. It also features salicylic acid whish is great for oil control and blemish prevention.
