"I’m not new to Vitaleyez Treatment and I’ve been using Urban Skin Rx for years, but lately something’s been different. It seems like some products are stronger than they used to be or I’ve developed an intolerance. This treatment gave me dry skin under my eyes and slightly darkened under right eye. I stopped using when I figured it could be this, I’d only just gone back to using after not using it for several months (could be it?) However I used it sparingly and every other night as recommended. But it’s irritating my skin now and giving me dry like textured patches/redness."

- Is this product suppose to burn a little?
- Many of our products contain acids or corrective ingredients that may cause a slight tingling sensation. However, if tingling lasts longer than 1-2 minutes, cleanse your face and consult our Customer Experience team before trying the product again.

- My cream is in a small pot and have noticed what looks like separation of the product with a darker, oily looking layer on top. Is that normal/expected? Do I need to mix it up?
- Yes, that is normal and does not affect the efficacy of the product. You can mix the product before applying.
