Returns Policy

We want every glowgetter™ to have a great experience with our products!

Should you decide you would like to return a product purchased directly from our website, we offer a 60-day return/exchange policy. Please note that travel size products, travel kits, mini kits, and holiday or limited edition products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return requests received within:

0 – 60 days will be processed as a refund or exchange, with refunds back to your original form of payment.

The return window begins on the date you received your Urban Skin Rx® package according to carrier tracking information.

How to return:

You will need to request a return authorization by contacting Customer Experience email: support@urbanskinrx.com or 980-221-1200. Customer Experience can provide you with a USPS return shipping label for $5.99, or you can opt to purchase one directly from the courier of your choice.

Once we receive your package, a Customer Experience Representative will send you an email within 24 - 48 business hours with the status of your return. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to post to your account depending on your financial institution's refund policy. Urban Skin Rx® is not responsible for return postage, cost of insurance, or lost or undeliverable items. For any questions or concerns please contact us.

If you are an international shopper, please reach out to our support team directly for further instructions. Please note that because duties and taxes are collected by the governing country we cannot provide a refund on those expenses. 

Did you purchase from one of our retail partners?

Any purchases made through an authorized partner should be processed per that partner’s return policy.
